Clean Slate Training & Employment CIC

Lucy provided one to one sessions for our core team of Regional Leads.

We wanted to find ways to support the Regional Leads - managers whose job it is to oversee the smooth running of our programmes, but also to offer leadership to our frontline support teams.

Burnout is a real risk for organisations across the third sector, now more than ever. Recruitment and retention is increasingly a challenge, and there is a clear business case for creating and maintaining a work culture that prioritises wellbeing.

Lucy created the same independent and person focused ‘breathing space’ for our management team that we strive to generate for our clients. A chance to look beyond the urgent, and focus on the important, on long term goals and priorities. It came at an invaluable time, following on from a restructure and with some of us stepping out of support and into management for the first time.

It was important to us, as a group of managers working flexibly, part time and with childcare responsibilities, that we accessed coaching that really understood our approach and our mission as well as the challenges of achieving work/life balance in such a demanding sector. Lucy absolutely provided this. The feedback from each staff member was more than positive.

It felt transformative. It boosted morale, fed into the direction of our business development and increased cohesion among the team.

I would describe regular and independent coaching as business critical for any organisation, but especially for those seeking to make meaningful change.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucy’s coaching, particularly her one to one support.
